NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2014, and entered in U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WMC2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC2, is the Plaintiff and Sheryl A. Marcoux is the Defendant, Tiffany Moore Russell, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
