NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 13837 DIV. 34, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and ROBERT C. SCHMOLL; et al., are Defendant(s).
