NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reset the Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-012551-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC2 is Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO CARVAJAL, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 6, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
