NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 21st day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009967-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR2 TRUST is Plaintiff and MARK HALE; KAREN ANN HALE A/K/A KAREN HALE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CURRY FORD ROAD EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, OF CURRY FORD ROAD EAST, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
