YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Polk, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lot 190, of Christine Woods Unit Number One, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 20, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
