Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 27, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 38, BLOCK 316, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 12A THROUGH 12G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2307 CANNOLOT BOULEvARD, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33948; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on October 12, 2015 at 11:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
