NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15000018CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein wells fargo bank n.a., as trustee, for carrington mortgage loan trust, series 2006-nc5 asset-backed pass-through certificates, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN ZANNOTTI A/K/A STEPHEN ZANNOTTI; CHRSTINA ZANNOTTI; UNKNOWN TEANT(S), are Defendant Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, on the 15th day of October, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
Lot 19, in Block 763, of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 26, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page(s) 19A through 19E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
