NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2009CA005623 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and VINCENT BOWER, UNKOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, DEBRA BOWER, JANE DOE 1, JOHN DOE 1, JANE DOE 2, JOHN DOE 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of October, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the South ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 17 East; thence running North on the West line of said tract, a distance of 70 feet; thence East parallel to the South line of said tract, a distance of 160 feet; thence South, a distance of 70 feet to a point on the South line of said tract, 160 feet East of the Point of Beginning; thence West 160 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying and being in Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
