NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure together with that Order on Motion to Schedule Foreclosure Sale entered in the above styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Manatee will sell the property described in the attached Exhibit “A” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on October 27, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.

Parcel 1:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Section 16, Township 37 South, Range 19 East; thence South 00Ëš6'34” West, along the Section line, a distance of 317.27 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 89Ëš47'44' East, a distance of 330 feet; thence South 00Ëš06'34” West, a distance of 771.14 feet to the North right of way of Sugar Bowl Road; thence North 56Ëš8'26” West, along the right of way, a distance of 396.82 feet to the Section line; thence North 00Ëš6'34” East, a distance of 548.87 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS property conveyed to the State of Florida by Warranty Deed filed July 2, 1958.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
