NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Amend Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated September 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-008346 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL HAYS A/K/A MICHAEL GENE HAYS; JULIA CHAPPELL HAYS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Angelina M.
