NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-3610 Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and LISA NORMAND and REGENCY OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk Ad Interim of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of October, 2015, the following described Real Property, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as follows:
Lot 137, REGENCY OAKS, PHASE 1, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages 12 through 24, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. A/K/A: 9106 69th Ave E., Palmetto, FL 34221
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
