YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit No. J-6, Building J, of CENTRAL CORTEZ PLAZA, F/K/A CENTRAL PLAZA APARTMENT “J”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 66 as corrected in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 4 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 510, Page 58, and Amendment to create the Declaration of Condominium of CENTRAL CORTEZ PLAZA, a condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1447, Page 6624, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher H. Ezell, Esquire, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Jones Walker LLP, 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 2600, Miami, Florida 33131 and whose designated email for service is [email protected] within thirty (30) days OF THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
