NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA002798, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is Counter-Plaintiff and JOHN M. GUM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN M. GUM; LINDSAY L. WICKLIFFE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDSAY L. WICKLIFFE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE VILLAS OF HARRISON RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; HARRISON RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; are counter-defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk Ad Interim of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 503, HARRISON RANCH, PHSE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, AT PAGES 161 THROUGH 204, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
