YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Manatee, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lot 6, Crossing Creek Village Phase I, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page(s) 40 through 54, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, within 30 days of THE 1st publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
