The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida; Case No. 2015CA003592; and is styled DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., vs. MARY LOU CHANDLER A/K/A MARY L. CHANDLER A/K/A MARY CHANDLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY LOU CHANDLER A/K/A MARY L. CHANDLER A/K/A MARY CHANDLER; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Giuseppe S. Cataudella, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900, Orlando, FL 32801-3454, WITHIN 30 days from the first date of publication and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
