NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in 2014CA004556 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR31, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR31 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY A. MEUNIER; PAMELA JANICE MERLET F/K/A PAMELA J. MEUNIER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B., are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, MANATEE OAKS III SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE (S) 186, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
