B of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff and LUCIA M. RABBITT; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A JOSEPH RABBITT are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND IN A PORTION OF SECTIONS 9 AND 10, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 10; THENCE S 88°06'10” E, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 10, A DISTANCE OF 66.09 FEET; THENCE S 06°03'03” W, 33.09 FEET TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF GREEN FARM ROAD AND THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF GRASS FARM ROAD; THENCE CONTINUE S 06°03'03” W, ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 2103.91 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE CONTINUE S 06°03'03” W, ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 560.40 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE AND THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF BUCKEYE ROAD: THENCE S 89°18'24” E, ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 440.69 FEET; THENCE N 01°53'50” E, 549.67 FEET; THENCE N 88°06'10” W, 400.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
