NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor lobby, in the Clerk's Office of the Collier County courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 14th day of October, 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT #B111, HENDERSON CREEK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDEVELOPED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 945, PAGES 781 THROUGH 844, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
