Residence unknown and if living, including any unknown spouse of the Defendant, if remarried and if said Defendant is dead, his/her respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown named Defendant as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not sui juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to wit:

X-103, PIPER'S GROVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1840, PAGES 122 THROUGH 217, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO..
more commonly known as 2486 Orchid Bay Drive, #103, Naples, FL 34109
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, GILBERT GARCIA GROUP, P.A., whose address is 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 110, Tampa, Florida 33607 ([email protected]), on or before 30 days after date of first publication and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
