UNIT 204, THE DUNES OF NAPLES III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2884, PAGES 1958 THROUGH 2040, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED OR MODIFIED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NO. 47.
