NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in REM dated August 24, 2015 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 27, 2015, both entered in Case No. 2012-CA-056443 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. Wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC1, is Plaintiff and RICHARD G. PEARSON; SUZANNE M. PEARSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNONW PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE KNOW KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALVIE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES, MAY CLAIM AN INTERST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are the defendants. The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on November 2, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 128, UNIT 5, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 80 TO 90, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE LANDS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3203, PAGE 2923.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
