NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050400, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KERNITHA DUHAMEL A/K/A KERNITHA DUHAMEL MAYNE A/K/A KERNITHA M. GRAY A/K/A KERNITHA M. MAYNE, DECEASED; MICHAEL MAYNE; JOSEPH BYRD A/K/A JOSPEH LOUIS BYRD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AND URBAN DEVELOPEMENT (HUD LOANS); STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT, LEE COUNTY; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
