NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-052256, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and ROSEMARY JANE O'CONOR VALDINGER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 19 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 37 FEET OF LOT 5, AND THE WEST 36 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK B, OF AVOCA PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
