NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-050458 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P., is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN F. LOVE A/K/A KATHY LOVE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MAUREEN D. MICHAEL, DECEASED; ANDREW J. MICHAEL; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MAUREEN D. MICHAEL, DECEASED; MULTIBANK 2010-1 SFR VENTURE, LLC are the Defendant(s).
