NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-054999, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and NEREMY HYPPOLITE; BENITA HYPPOLITE, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 104-A, TIMBER TRAILS SUBDIVISION: THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 165 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1485 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO A 30 FOOT ROAD EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST SIDE AND A 25 FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT ALONG THE WEST SIDE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
