NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13CA052382 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and GARY PEDLEY, CORRENA PEDLEY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2 day of December, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 44 & 45, Block 246, UNIT 19, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 371, Page 474, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
