HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ANGEL B. CAVILL; SCOTT D. CAVILL are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 22, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50 AND 51, BLOCK 239, UNIT 18, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 173, PAGES 390, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
