ALAM A/K/A SYEDA ALAM; NAZMUL ALAM; INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY; DANFORTH LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 16, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 190, BLOCK “E”, DANFORTH LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 60 THROUGH 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
