NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-051818 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT T. GOW; KAY F. GOW A/K/A K. GOW; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; QUAIL WEST FOUNDATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
