NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050147, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and THOMAS H. LEMASTERS; MARY ELIZABETH LEMASTERS A/K/A MARY E. LEMASTERS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 20 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 1; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES, 51' 45” EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 1 FOR 1303.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES, 09' 03” EAST ALONG THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST 23RD STREET (80 FEET WIDE) FOR 330.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES, 51' 45” EAST FOR 927.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES, 09'03” WEST FOR 330.00 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH SAID WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 1; THENCE N 00 DEGREES, 51' 45” WEST ALONG SAID WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 1 FOR 927.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEARINGS ARE BASED ON THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EAST 23RD STREET AS BEARING NORTH 89 DEGREES, 09' 03” EAST.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
