NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050753, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2004-HE11, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-HE11 is Plaintiff and GREG GUNTRUM; CARRIE GUNTRUM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 20 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 19, UNIT 4, LEHIGH ESTATES, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
