NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17 day of September, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053405, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and LUIS E. LOZADA, NAYIBI LOZADA and E*TRADE BANK, are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at *Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 21 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 105, Building M, PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded February 27, 2004 in Official Records Book 4211, page 4187, and any amendments thereto, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
