NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Sept. 17, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-050674 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, is the Plaintiff and E. MARIO CIPRIANO A/K/A MARIO CIPRIANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF E. MARIO CIPRIANO A/K/A MARIO CIPRIANO; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO RBC BANK (USA) F/K/A RBC CENTURA BANK; BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLASOL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on Oct. 19, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1314, BUILDING 13, BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 1, PHASE 4, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4569, PAGE 2210, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 4104 BELLASOL CIR #1314, FORT MYERS, FL 33916.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
