NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Sept. 17, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-050674 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, is the Plaintiff and E. MARIO CIPRIANO A/K/A MARIO CIPRIANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF E. MARIO CIPRIANO A/K/A MARIO CIPRIANO; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO RBC BANK (USA) F/K/A RBC CENTURA BANK; BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLASOL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
