NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-050184 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and RYAMON SMITH; RYAN SMITH; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARITES, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 21 day of October, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 3544 OF UNIT 47, PART 2 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 112 THROUGH 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
