NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051202, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and LIVIA KEARSE, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 5, PARKWOOD II, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
