ANTHONY ROSSI, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANTHONY ROSSI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY ROSSI; SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 16 day of September, 2015, and entered in case No. 15-CC-002501 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE I ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY ROSSI, SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. F/K/A AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC. and THE UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT nka CRYSTAL DUMAY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of January, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 42-A, SOUTH POINTE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1322, at Page 1883, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
