BAUER, TRUSTEE OF THE BAUER FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D 13TH MARCH, 2000; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BAUER FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D 13TH MARCH, 2000; UNITED STATES OF AMERCA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on November 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 216, CAPE CORAL UNIT TWO PART THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 37 TO 41, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
