NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 21, 2015 and entered in Case No.: 15-CA-050300 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RES-FL EIGHT, LLC, is Plaintiff, and I LEOTA BURKETT is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 20 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 45 AND 46 BLOCK 2998, UNIT 43, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 48 TO 57, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly Known As: 2620 NW 9th Ave., Cape Coral, FL 33993
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
