NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 21, 2015 and entered in Case No.: 15-CA-050414 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RES-FL EIGHT, LLC, is Plaintiff, and LEOTA BURKETT is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 22 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
