YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit H-5, PINEWOOD VILLAGE, Section 7, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1393, Pages 816 thru 849, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 15, Pages 12, 12-A, 12-B and 12-C, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Cathleen Kenney, Band, Gates & Dramis, P.L., attorney for Whitesand Trust Company, LLC, whose address is 1 South School Avenue, Suite 501, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court on or before October 26, 2015; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER FOR SARASOTA COUNTY.
