NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005973-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS10 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered), is the Plaintiff and GLENN SIMES A/K/A GLENN W. SIMES; LINDA SIMES; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 22nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
