NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2015, and entered in 2011 CA 009109 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB. is the Plaintiff and LINDA J. BAZELL A/K/A LINDA BAZELL, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOYCE L. ALLMAN TRUST UNDER TRUST DATED AUGUST 30, 1993; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LINDA J. BAZELL A/K/A LINDA BAZELL; JOSHUA WILCOX A/K/A JOSHUA HAYES A/K/A YESHUA ALLEN HAYES; AL WILCOX A/K/A AL HIRAYAMA; KATHERINE WILCOX; KRISTEN WILCOX; KYLE WILCOX; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID WILCOX, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, REPLAT OF UNIT 37, SOUTHGATE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
