NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 007254 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and CAROL R. MCELROY; CAROL R. MCELROY, TRUSTEE, OR HER SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, UNDER THE CAROL R. MCELROY LIVING TRUST DATED, OCTOBER 15, 1999; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF CAROL R. MCELROY LIVING TRUST DATED, OCTOBER 15, 1999; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND KNOWN AS: BEING LOT NUMBER 1 BLOCK D IN ETHAN ALLEN SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN BOOK 5 PAGE 35 OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
