NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2015, and entered in 2015 CA 000509 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-04, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-04 is the Plaintiff and FRANCIS O'HARA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. ; BEACHAVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A BEACHAVEN ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 35, BEACHAVEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 601, PAGE 169, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 3, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
