The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on October 22, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
