NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 17th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 010536 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THERESE M. KEARNEY, DECEASED; PATRICK KEARNEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THERESE M. KEARNEY; STEVE GERETY; DEBRA KELLY N/K/A DEBRA GERETY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MICHAEL KEARNEY; KATHLEEN KEARNEY-GROBLER; ROSEMARY FREEHILL; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9369 AND 9370, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 90, AND THE EASTERLY 10 FEET OF LOTS 8473 AND 8474, AND THE EASTERLY 10 FEET OF THE NORTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 8472, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 30, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
