NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 25TH day of August, 2015, Paula S. O'Neill, Ph. D., Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on October 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 7, Block 7, Grand Oaks Phase 2, Unit 9, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 119 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 25754 Frith Street, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
