YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of the action by Plaintiffs, MICHAEL VOSCINAR AND LYNN K. VOSCINAR AS CO-SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES OF THE STEVE VOSCINAR REVOCABLE TRUST UDT 12/30/97, against you seeking to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Pasco County, Florida:
