NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9 September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001591WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Crystal Schneider, Kimberly Ann Miller, Laura Lee Schneider aka Laura L. Schneider, Tiffany Schneider, United States of America, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 26th of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
