NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-015460, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and MARCIA YVETTE A/K/A MARCIA NELSON CONNER; THE MONEY STORE/GEORGIA, INC. A/K/A THE MONEY STORE; LINDA FIELDS; SKINETHIA FIELDS AGEE; ANNETTE BARROW; MARION KELLUM; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; JOHN DOE N/K/A FRANK MORRIS AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
